Cast-A-Way’s 8” carbon steel low pro (low profile) pan was originally designed as an omelet pan. During the R&D period, we discovered this pan was capable of doing so much more than breakfast duty. The versatility of this pan's low-rise sides are unmatched. Our pans are very streamlined, free of bolts, rivets and welds, eliminating the headache of trapped food at cleanup. This less porous, smoother carbon steel finish allows for easier clean up! All of our pans arrive pre-seasoned, so you can enjoy them immediately — no prep required!
