The majority of Cast-A-Way Carbon products carry a lifetime guarantee. Any manufacturing defects affecting the intended use of our products will either be repaired or replaced at Cast-A-Way’s discretion. The lifetime guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.
For our carbon steel products, rust and changes in appearance are not covered as these issues are prevented through following recommended product care. Changes in appearance should be expected as your product goes through the continued seasoning process.
